CUSTOM UNIFORMS

Fully Custom Uniforms: MOQs, Lead Times and How Quoting Works

The real minimum order quantity, lead time and quote-validity window for a uniform made specifically for your team, rather than decorated onto existing stock garments.

Minimum order and lead time

A fully custom uniform — a garment made to your own design or specification, rather than an existing stock item with your logo added — has a minimum order of 200 units per style or design.

The estimated lead time is 60 days. That clock starts once artwork, sample, price and payment are all confirmed — not from the date you first enquire, since getting to that confirmed state (sampling, revisions, sign-off) takes its own time beforehand.

How the quote works

Any reference pricing shown up front is an estimate, not a final quote. A formal quote — covering your specific garment, quantity and placement — is only issued after your enquiry has been reviewed by a person, and once issued it's valid for 7 days. After that window, price or lead time may have changed and needs to be reconfirmed before you commit.

Cancelling or changing an order

Before artwork has started, you can request a cancellation at no charge. Once digitising or proofing has started, the setup fee becomes non-refundable. Once you've approved the proof and production is under way, the order can't be cancelled for a change of mind — a change requested after approval may need a new quote and a recalculated delivery date instead.

Anything faulty, misprinted, or not matching what you approved is handled under the Australian Consumer Law regardless of which stage production has reached.
