Shipping, Returns and GST: What to Expect
How VANTREK prices, ships and handles change-of-mind returns — including what's fixed policy and what's only ever confirmed at checkout.
Pricing and GST
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless otherwise stated.
Custom decoration and fully custom uniform work is quoted separately from stock garment pricing — see the individual pricing pages for those services.
Shipping
VANTREK doesn't publish a single fixed shipping rate on this page: the actual cost is calculated and confirmed at Shopify Checkout for your specific order, and that's the only number to treat as final. A standard order is usually dispatched within 1–2 business days once stock is verified.
There's currently no free-shipping threshold. Heavier items and orders to remote areas may need a manual review before dispatch — you'll be contacted if that applies to your order.
Change-of-mind returns
Stock (non-customised) items can be returned for a change of mind within 14 days. The item needs to be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You pay the return freight, and if you're exchanging rather than refunding, the reshipping cost as well.
A restocking fee of 10% applies, capped at $20 (inc. GST) — so it never exceeds that regardless of the order value. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Customised or decorated items aren't eligible for a change-of-mind return, since they're made or altered specifically for you — see the decoration guides on this site for what happens if something's actually wrong with a custom order.
None of the above affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which apply regardless of this policy — a faulty, wrongly described or not-as-ordered item is handled under those rights either way.
