We collect the personal information you give us directly: your name and contact details, delivery details, and whatever you include in an enquiry, quote request or custom-uniform brief submitted through this site's forms.
How we use it
We use it to respond to your enquiry, prepare and follow up quotes, process and fulfil orders, provide customer service, and meet our legal and tax record-keeping obligations.
Payments
Payment details are entered directly with Shopify and its payment processors during Checkout — VANTREK Workwear & Uniforms does not see or store your card details.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only where needed to run the store and fulfil an order: with Shopify, our e-commerce and hosting platform (and, once Checkout is enabled, its payment processors), and with the freight or delivery provider used to send your order. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Cookies
This site sets one strictly-necessary cookie, vantrek_cart, to remember the contents of your shopping cart between visits. It is not used for advertising or for tracking you across other websites, and this site does not currently use analytics or marketing cookies.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and make a complaint about how it has been handled.
