Decoration methods
General information on each technique — availability, fabric suitability, price and lead time are always confirmed per garment before any order proceeds.
Heat Transfer
A pre-printed design applied to the garment with heat and pressure — suits small runs and detailed full-colour artwork on a wider range of fabrics.

Decoration pricing
General VANTREK service pricing for adding a logo to an existing product. Decoration suitability, placement and final pricing are confirmed before production. The reference prices on this page are an estimate, not a final quote — a formal quote, once issued, is valid for 7 days.

- Every new logo setup includes a digital proof, with 2 free minor revisions after the first draft ($15 per revision from the 3rd onward (customer told before it's charged)). Production only begins once you've approved the proof.

- Cancelling an order
- Cancellation may be requested — no charge. The setup fee is non-refundable once digitising/proofing has started. Cannot be cancelled for change of mind once you've approved the proof and production has begun.
