These terms apply to your use of vantrek.com.au and any order, quote or brief you submit to VANTREK Workwear & Uniforms, operated by JL Corporation Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 20 615 756 655). Who you're dealing with
VANTREK Workwear & Uniforms is the trading name of JL Corporation Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 20 615 756 655), an Australian business registered for GST.
Prices and GST
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless otherwise stated. The Goods and Services Tax (a 10% Australian tax on most goods and services) is already built into the price you see, not added afterwards. Because JL Corporation Australia Pty Ltd is GST-registered, a valid tax invoice is available for every order on request.
Orders and quotes
Product listings are an invitation to order, not a guaranteed offer — availability, decoration suitability and final pricing are confirmed before any order is fulfilled. Team, bulk and custom-uniform enquiries are project briefs, not orders: no minimum quantity, price or lead time is promised until it is confirmed against your specific brief.

Returns and your consumer rights

Custom and decorated goods
Custom uniforms, embroidery, printing and other decoration are produced to the specification you approve. Because these goods are made to order, voluntary change-of-mind returns do not apply to them — your rights for goods that are faulty, incorrectly made or not as described are unaffected.
