Do your prices include GST?
Yes. Every price shown on this site already includes GST (Goods and Services Tax, Australia's 10% tax on most goods and services). VANTREK Workwear & Uniforms (operated by JL Corporation Australia Pty Ltd, ABN 20 615 756 655) is registered for GST, so a valid tax invoice is available for every order on request.
Is online checkout available yet?
Yes — online Checkout is open. Add items to your cart and check out securely with Shopify.
How long does a standard order take to process?
In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after stock confirmation. Exact shipping charges and delivery time estimates for your address are shown at checkout. See Shipping Information for details.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship within Australia. If you need delivery outside Australia, please contact us first at vantrekworkwear@gmail.com so we can check availability for your destination before you order.
Can I add my logo to workwear or uniforms?
Yes — see Add Your Logo to ask about embroidery, heat transfer or screen printing on an existing product. Suitability, placement and final price are confirmed before production.
What decoration methods are available?
Embroidery, heat transfer and screen printing — see Add Your Logo for general pricing on each. Which method suits your specific garment is confirmed before production.
Is there a logo setup fee?
Yes, for a new logo: $65 inc. GST for embroidery, $60 inc. GST for heat transfer, or $60 inc. GST for screen printing. Repeat orders using the same logo file don't pay the setup fee again. See Add Your Logo for full pricing.
Can customised items be returned?
Custom uniforms and decorated (embroidered or printed) items aren't eligible for change-of-mind returns, because they're made to your approved specification. Your rights for faulty, incorrectly made or not-as-described items are unaffected — see Returns & Exchanges.
How do I request a return?
Contact us first at vantrekworkwear@gmail.com for a return authorisation before sending anything back — see Returns & Exchanges for the full change-of-mind policy and timing.
How do I request a Tax Invoice?
Email us at vantrekworkwear@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you a Tax Invoice. VANTREK Workwear & Uniforms (JL Corporation Australia Pty Ltd, ABN 20 615 756 655) is GST-registered, so a valid tax invoice is available for every order.

Do you build fully custom uniforms?

How long do custom uniforms take?
Full custom uniform runs have a minimum order quantity of 200 units per style/design, with an estimated lead time of around 60 days once artwork, sample, price and payment are all confirmed — an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. See Custom Uniforms.
